I’m an Ayurvedic health counselor, and I’m here to help you transform your health.

My mission is to help you understand why you are experiencing symptoms of imbalance, so that we can uncover the root cause underneath. With this insight, we can correct what is out of balance through conscious daily choices – including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, relationships, and more.

I will use everything I have learned through Ayurveda, as well as my own personal experience, to help you reach your health goals. It would be an honor to accompany you on your journey to wellbeing.
